We take full advantage of tools such as Teams and Zoom to enable us to rapidly communicate and build up close, effective working relationships. We follow Agile processes such as daily standups and regular retrospectives to provide a structure, thus helping us communicate efficiently and in a timely manner. We make time for regular catchups with individuals to ensure high morale and to share values and ways of working.
