Elastic Mint were approached by a well-known global company in early 2019 to develop a portal to showcase internal projects.
The idea was that senior people on project teams would enter information about the project, the team and milestones. Other users within the business would see a read-only view of the projects they were interested in. Administrators could configure which projects would be highlighted in a carousel component on the home page.
Initially, we worked closely with one of their graphics designers to produce a prototype. This ensured that we understood the vision and were able to accommodate any changes as it developed.
After developing the initial prototype, we continued our partnership for another three years, enhancing the portal and expanding it to cover projects across the global business.
